We are looking for a sitter to be with our 8 year old daughter while I deliver her new baby brother at the end of October. You must be local and available during the last 3 weeks or so of October, my due date is October 24. Of course we would keep you up to date on the impending birth and would not expect you to start a shift in the middle of the night. Though it is possible we would need overnight care. Mostly it is important that you can be flexible in trading childcare duties with my husband during this time. In addition to this specific need, we also plan to have additional pre-planned dates during early October and November, which would normally take place in the afternoon or evening. We may or may not be here after November, so this is not necessarily a long term arrangement. The rate for pre-planned is 11/hr The rate for the un-planned on call time is 13/hr The rate for overnight is a flat rate of 100 euro Please respond with some info about you, your experience, and why you are interested in babysitting. Please also provide some information on how flexible you can be during the month of October. After reading responses we would probably request to have a face to face at a local cafe in order to learn more about each other.
