I am looking for an experienced nanny rather than for a babysitter. Someone who has worked with kids (preferably two kids at once) for at least 7-10 years, who is able not only to bring them from the Kita and play with them but who understands how to develop different skills according to their age (reading, basic writing/more drawing, alphabet, numbers, etc). Someone who will act more like the Kita teacher in a very light version rather than an older sister. I am looking for a full-time nanny from Monday until Thursday from 4 pm until 7 pm. Sometimes, it can be longer hours if I am busy in the office but no longer than 8:30 pm. I speak English and Russian, at home we speak Russian, and the kids take German classes now. If the nanny could understand some Russian, this would be a plus but not necessary. I would prefer that kids speak German with the nanny and given they just start learning German nanny must be native or fluent. We live in Prinzlauberg (10437). Kids are twins-girls, 6 years old.
